Premark has features which provide several distinct advantages:

• Premark is a high quality thermoplastic designed for permanent installation.

• Premark is non-toxic. It contains no lead or chromates.

• Premark is non-skid, fully reflective and complies with BSEN1436.

• Premark is applied by direct heat. It is quick and clean and requires limited traffic management.

• Premark will adhere to any surface i.e. concrete, block paving, tiling, metal, asphalt and all tarmac surfaces.

• Premark is available in fourteen standard (non fading) colours covering all highway signs, symbols, letters and numbers.

• Premark is six to eight times more durable than painted line markings.

NON TOXIC - FULLY REFLECTIVE

Application on asphalt:

1. Sweep clean to remove all loose material.

2. Preheat the area. All moisture must be removed.

3. Lay out marking pattern using chalk or crayon for guiding the Premark.

4. Place the Premark.

5. Move flame of gas burner along edges of lines or symbols first, then follow a pattern so the entire area is sufficiently heated and melted.

6. Premark has been mixed with glass beads to provide retro-reflectivity after a short abrasion period. The retro-reflection and friction can be alters significantly by adding extra glass beads and/or a friction agent immediately after heating the product.

7. Concrete or old asphalt requires the use of Premark Primer. Let the primer dry, before applying the Premark. Read the instructions on the Primer.
